1970: Vic Kefford receiving an award from Controller CH Baylis

Vic Kefford worked in HMSO before transferring to CCTA, and he was one of the winners of the 1970 Staff Suggestions Scheme. The picture shows him receiving his award from Controller CH Baylis. Other winners that year were CJ Patterson, HD Howe, HS Greenwood and H Fairley.
