Richard Nelson writes:  As you had a Trafalgar anniversary item, I thought you might like a shot of the horrific Anglia Square Nelson's Column. Four sewage pipes were surmounted by a wooden pallet on which stood a female mannequin dressed as Horatio but with the arm of the tunic stuffed down the trousers. It had to be a joke, or else the manager is a Frenchman?
