April 2006: Frank Hallett in Thailand

I now live a rural life, in a custom built house, own a farm that grows rice and sugar, has a large lake for fishing and also have a herd of twelve cows. I restrict my visits to London to one or two each year, as managing the farm staff takes much of my time. I would be delighted to be in contact with some of my friends and colleagues from HMSO.
